Archean Indonesia (PT. Bara Kumala Sakti) has been taking up several activities for the up-liftment of the villages nearby and supports the overall economy development. Some of the key initiatives were

Agriculture and rural development:

Agricultural socialization was taken up in association with government, department of Kutai Kartanegara Mining & Energy. 40 Hectares of community land in "Singkong Gajah" is being developed in association with the local government for agriculture and orange farm. The development of fish cages stage 1 was made‎ in different places in Margasari Village.

We are rendering continuous support for the development of community market in Sungai Payang. We have organised a medical treatment camp and catered to huge number of villagers in Sungai Payang. Also campaigning and promoting the importance of drinking milk among the children of various villages.

Donated a Water Truck as requested by the villagers of Bakungan Village to handle emergencies and fire accidents in the region.

Education:

We have provided aid to Loa Kulu Intermediary Public School and supported in the development of the parking area in the school premises. Also provided aid to orphanage & Islamic boarding school. We have also donated computers & office stationery for running of the Village Institution. Every year we donate to students of the University of Kutai Kartanegara.

Enhancing public facilities:

Development of the Desa Sungai Payang Public Hall

1 Excavation of Jembayan's Village Office yard;

2 Repair of the cemetery, road and drainage restoration, restoration of Koramil (military rayon command) of Loa Kulu.

Youth and cultural:

We participated in the cultural Festival ERAU dan CSR Vaganza annual festival organized by the regency of Kutai Kartanegara. Organised Youth Creativity event "Kota Raja Blow Party" and also worked in encouraging the youth to participate in sports in Jembayan village and conducted Soccer referee Training in Loa Kulu.

We are supporting the community and religious development through associations with different organizations such as Gepak (Gerakan Pemuda Asli Kalimantan) a native youth movement of Borneo and PERDAM (Persekutuan Dayak – Manado) is a community organization that is active in acculturation of ethnic Dayak and ethnic Manado.
